Conveniently located near all the charm of Finger Lakes Wine Country, as well as Geneseo, RIT, Rochester, and Letchworth, our lake house is a gateway to countless adventures and exploration. Discover nearby hiking spots that offer breathtaking vistas and immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you. The easy 30-minute drive into Rochester allows you to experience the best of both worlds—secluded lake living and city attractions.
With plenty of off-road parking and a spacious yard for playing, our property is ideal for families. The lake house boasts 2.5 bathrooms, including an outdoor shower for a refreshing al fresco experience. The high-end kitchen is a chef's dream, and for water enthusiasts, we provide kayaks, a canoe, and paddle boards for guest use. For an extra special experience, ask about renting our Pontoon Boat to cruise the lake in style.
Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space that accommodates three couples and kiddos comfortably. The 4th bedroom features 6 custom-made bunk beds, perfect for the little ones to create unforgettable memories.

For winter renters, an SUV is recommended to navigate any weather conditions, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the area year-round.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $0.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $0.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
