This 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat features a private inground heated pool(open seasonally from May to mid-September), Hot Tub (Sept to April), guest house, and wall-to-wall panoramic lake views, making it the perfect destination for families, groups, retreats, or couples. Starting in Spring 2026 a hot tub, huge Game room and "Family Suite" making a 7th bedroom will be available in Finished Garage.

Escape to Conesus Lake in this rare luxury retreat featuring a private in-ground pool, two private docks, and 178 feet of prime lakefront. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private guest house, a detached entertainment garage, this getaway blends modern design with Finger Lakes charm. Step inside and discover the elegant design featuring a large open floor plan, lake-view windows, and multiple comfy gathering spaces for large groups to spread out and enjoy. The main house includes a large chef’s kitchen, indoor dining table, and connected patio areas furnished for lakefront entertainment. The private, detached guest house offers its own private suite, including a kitchenette, bedroom, and full bathroom - ideal for large groups or multi-family stays. An additional two-story, detached garage turned finished entertainment room provides non-stop fun for all ages (available in early 2026, related pictures to be added as completed).

Swim around one of the two private docks and relax by the heated pool by day, regrouping to gather around the lakeside fire-pit for s'mores at dusk, all surrounded by the beautiful Finger Lake views. Conesus Luxury Lakefront Escape will provide your group an unforgettable experience.

Each bedroom features plush bedding, blackout curtains or blinds, and ample storage. Both the Main House and Guest House have heating and air conditioning. The Main House master bedroom and the Guest House bedroom are both accessible without stairs and include accessible bathing (showers).

Kitchen and Dining
Gather around to enjoy home-cooked meals with lake views! The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining families and large groups. The kitchen includes all large and small appliances, cookware, a dedicated beverage/coffee station, and connected butler’s kitchen providing additional food preparation and storage space. The kitchen’s open-concept design provides family-style dining and entertainment with a large island and dining table offering lakefront seating for 13. Steps off of the kitchen is a large patio area offering additional dining and entertainment space.

There is no need to pack cookware, dish ware, or bring small appliances. Both the Main House and Guest Kitchen’s are fully stocked with all of the following small kitchen appliances on site: coffee makers, coffee grinder, toaster, waffle maker, blender, griddle, crock pot, air fryer, tea kettle, etc.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to the beautifully landscaped grounds, including multiple patio areas all situated on 178 feet of prime lakefront. The home includes two decks, one on each side of the home on the kitchen / living room level, a bonfire pit area on the lake level, two private docks (including a large L-shaped dock offering with seating space), and a fenced-in, heated, in-ground pool with area to lounge pool-side. The driveway and entrances to the Main House, Guest House, and Entertainment space can all be accessed without any stairs.

The home is about a 30 minute drive from Rochester International Airport and is located off of I-390 on West Lake Road in Geneseo. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
